Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it without any question asked. Please reach out to contact@slidejewels.com to cancel your subscription or head to your dashboard and under "manage payments", click on "cancel subscription".

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Please note that shipping rates can vary from month to month, they can be lower or higher. When you subscribe, you accept that your shipping can change automatically during your subscription, without notice.

Ambassadors, jewelry testers and content creators can, some months, receive 2 boxes instead of one. Two charges will occur. 

A monthly management fee of 9.99$ (or 69$/year) will be implemented starting May 7 2024. 
This fee will help us cover operational costs and ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the program.
