Is your jewelry waterproof?
All our jewels are made from high-quality stainless steel, which is known for its high water resistance.
The golden ones are plated with 18k gold using a PVD plating process, which ensure which ensures a longer lasting golden color on the steel.

Where is your jewelry made?
The designs of our jewelry are discussed between the different members of the US team, before being communicated to our collaborators located in South-East Asia, who will be in charge of their realization. The workshops we work with have been selected as much for the know-how of their staff as for the quality of the materials in their possession. We are also in regular contact with these teams to ensure that labor rights regulations are properly respected.
Is it possible to buy a single box?
The boxes work on a monthly subscription basis. It is therefore not possible to buy them individually.
When are the monthly boxes sent?
Honey boxes are always sent at the end of the month. So if you ordered yours in early April (for example), expect to receive it in late April or early May (depending on where you live).
I ordered my first box more than 2 weeks ago and my order is still indicated as "unfulfilled"... Is this normal?
As mentioned above, the monthly boxes are always sent at the end of the month (regardless of when you ordered them). It is only when they are sent that their tracking number is created and your order will be indicated as "fulfilled". If you ordered your box at the beginning of the month, it is normal that it is not yet the case.
Are the payments made automatically or do I have to order the next month's box every time?
In order to put your mind at rest and to avoid having to pay for each new box of the month, the payments are collected automatically as long as you wish to remain a subscriber. As for the date of collection, it always corresponds to the day of the month in which you made your first payment (for example, if you make your first payment on May 5, you will then be collected on June 5, then on July 5, etc.).
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course! You can cancel your subscription right from your dashboard under "manage subscriptions" and cancel your active subscription.

How can I track my order?
Thanks to the tracking number that we communicate to you by email the day of its sending.
You can also track it with your order number or report a problem via our chat, simply by indicating the corresponding order number.
I still haven't received my order...
If it is a monthly box, we invite you to refer to the corresponding section before contacting us. In the case of an order including only single pieces of jewelry, the delivery time is generally between 5 and 12 working days. Shipping times
Our standard shipping times are 7-14 days to US/CANADA, EUROPE. if you live outside these areas, please consider waiting a few more days.
Regarding the monthly subscription boxes, they are always sent at the end of the month (regardless of when you ordered them).
Can I change my shipping address if my order has not yet been shipped?
You cannot change the shipping address for an order you have already placed (even if it has not yet been sent).

Shipping price

How do I validate my ambassador status?
If you have obtained a positive answer, we invite you to buy your first box thanks to the code that we provided you by e-mail.
Will I really receive a free jewelry box per month?
You will receive one free jewelry box per month for which we simply ask you to pay the shipping costs each time. You will receive your free boxes as long as you wish to remain an ambassador.
Do I have to pay shipping charge every month?
The shipping fees are indeed to be paid each month, but can quickly be offset by the sales you make with your promo code.
If I want to stop being an ambassador, do I have to return the jewelry?
Not at all! Once you have the jewels, they are yours!
When and how will I receive my personalized promo code?
Your promo code is delivered to you by email, shortly after you place your first order as an ambassador.
What is my promo code for?
Your promo code gives your subscribers a 30% discount on their orders and allows you to earn 30% commission on the sales you make with it.
Is my promo code valid on the whole site?
Your coupon code is valid on all single pieces of jewelry, but not on the monthly boxes.
Where can I share my coupon code?
You can share your promo code on all your different social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube...)
